El Saltillo- Canillas de Aceituno

This trail is located in the town of Canillas de Aceituno, in the Sierras of the Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama natural park, at the foot of the highest peak in the province of Malaga, La Maroma.
How to get to the starting point. The town is accessed mainly from the Autovia del mediterraneo. On this road, in the direction of Motril from Malaga, take the detour to Velez-Malaga, continue towards Alhama de Granada. After about 12 km, take the MA-125 towards Canillas de Aceituno. The starting point of this route, is in the town of Canillas de Aceituno, next to the Town Hall. (coordinates 873354,-4.081810).
Trail Duration; 2:30 hours.
Recommended age; From 10 years.
difficulty 1) Half. from Canillas to the bridge.
difficulty 2) High. after crossing the bridge towards the town of Sedella.
Recommendations; Comfortable shoes, sportswear, bottle of water, sunscreen and energy food.
Important; Visitors will have to cross the bridge in groups of maximum 10 people.
It is recommended not to bring pets, if you do, it is mandatory not to let them loose.
