One more year and after the #Covid19 pandemic, The Buddha Challenge returns and CanillasdeAceituno will be there again showing the cycling world, the beauty and all the tourist, gastronomic and sports possibilities that our town offers to everyone.
The Buddha Challenge will continue in its 2022 edition, being organized exclusively by the C.C. Veleño and by the Department of Sports of the City Council of Vélez Málaga. The Buddha Challenge is one of the few mountain bike races in Andalusia whose start and finish are just a few meters from the sea. From the hand of this race you will get to know the best landscapes of the Axarquia. With a consolidated organization and route, we are waiting for you one more year on October 23, 2022. In this 2022 edition, The Buddha Challenge incorporates as a novelty the modification of more than half of the route with new ports and trails. In addition to being able to do the test in pairs as in previous editions, in this edition you will also be able to participate with your e-bike.
